God, I just can’t be bothered to update this lately, can I? Well, I can’t keep letting myself do that.
While there isn’t anything of great importance to mention, I will do an obligatory food post.
Today, I pulled together a nice little meal for myself. I rubbed a chicken breast down with garlic salt, pepper and some oregano, then pan fried it in some olive oil. Once cooked, I topped it with a bit of shredded cheddar (I would have preferred a good parm, but none was on hand) then crumbled some crispy turkey bacon on top and finished things with some chipotle raspberry sauce. The result:
Not bad at all, though a better cheese would have made all the difference.
